HTML5 Design tool with PDF generation

Hi,

I am looking for a jquery developer that can create an online design tool that lets end users create designs online.

Examples, add/remove text/images. Move/scale images/text.

Once designed, we need a PDF generated based on the design with any text added being embedded in to the PDF.
The PDF needs to be sized correctly.

I have only put a high level overview on what we need.
I have the full functional specification.

However, before I disclose it, I want to know what specific experience you have of the above.
I need you to be very specific with your experience - including what you have used.

I will ignore proposals which ask me to look at a link as I need to assurance that you can do the work.

If I am happy with this, then I will send you the functional specification so that you can give me an accurate quote.

We need the code well documented throughout and a handover at the end of the project.
