HTML5 coding for a landing page

I'm looking for someone to build a responsive HTML5 holding page. The artwork will be supplied to you from myself – I'll be working with the client to make sure they're happy with the design end of things. My client is an innovation led IIOT (Industrial Internet of Things) technology start up based in the UK.

We potentially need to embed a video (full screen width) with graphics/text over for both desktop/mobile/tablet. Holding page may or may not have video but will be fairly minimalist ie logo, some blurb and contact details.

My client needs the page live by 23 January, however the artwork is unlikely to be ready until 21 January.
