We require a web developer / mobile apps developer to collaborate directly with a graphic designer (we already have one) in order to build a HTML5 website design provided by us. The graphic designer will provide all the page templates, PSD 's and content and you will be tasked with transforming those designs into a functional website. We will also require a cross platform (android, ios app). PLEASE DO NOT BID ON THIS JOB IF YOU HAVE MANY PROJECTS RUNNING AT THE SAME TIME as we require a developer who is available to communicate at the drop of a hat and will be fully committed to this project. We need someone who fully competent in all aspects of web development.


The budget covers the entire build cost this also includes any 3rd party components that may be required .so please be aware of that before bidding. Finally on completion of the build for both web and apps, we will require the freelancer to upload all builds to our hosting service or a suitable one if required. * A search facility where you can search by location and geographical map( like zoopla for example ) but targeted at our industry
* Subscription email lists & newsletter

* Admin centre with ability to oversee and approve any posts from customers, also the ability to look at customer analytics.

* If possible a Google hangout integration




App functions:

3. Take a photo of documents and transform them into scanned documents and upload to profile. Option to adjust scanned images should be available before submission

12. Book appointment with us via do it yourself calendar (through a calendar)
13. Refer a friend (by accessing the phone book and choosing contacts, then a sms message will be sent to chosen contacts with a predefined message.

We will require a record of all payments to be saved in the system as well as the CRM against the customer details.


CRM
we would like all registered users to automatically filter into a backend CRM system to manage their memberships and track payments. We would like the CRM to have marketing functionality, data capture/sign up forms and email marketing.

Suggested CRMs are welcome, please supply a link/s and some ongoing monthly payment details for the system/s you would recommend for us to look into
