HTML5 & CMS build from design provided - to include JS & Jquery

Hi all,

I am looking for someone to build me a 7 page website with CMS (platform TBC), from a design that will be supplied to you.

The homepage of the site will be a full screen static scaleable image (javascript), and the site will be built around a horizontal version of this navigation/ scrolling animation -

Advanced JS/ jquery skills are needed, since one page of the site ("case studies" as per wireframe) will be similar in format to this page (the animated vertical 'slat' image page & animation on rollover - can be seen once the site loads)-

The rest of the pages are static text.

It goes without saying that this needs to be cross-browser compatible, standards compliant, mobile device friendly and built using the best practises for SEO.

The site design is yet tbc (to be finalised w/c 22nd july) but all files, design and instruction will be provided, so it will be a straight-up build.

CMS wireframe attached. The rest of the site is very straight forward and not "multi-level". Navigation will be static at top of page and remain the same throughout.

Please respond with your proposed fee/ rates, and also a realistic idea on timescales to complete this.
