Html to FULL WordPress webpage with NO Hardcodin

Requirements:

a. The webpage is converted from the present HTML page into a full WordPress webpage – with no hard coding. Here is that webpage (webpage 1 primary webpage – https://excelinkeysubjects.com/GCSE-tuition-EIKS/ )
- Explanations/history of the resent situation – At the present, this webpage can be accessed via our GoDaddy account only, but is not inside our WordPress webpage. So, we cannot edit it in WordPress. We use the plugin called Beaver Builder, so it needs to be used to design the webpage and it must look exactly the way the existing one looks – with all the webform connected.
a. When someone completes the webform on the “Webpage 1 – primary webpage’ they will land on the “Webpage 2 – Secondary webpage” (… )
b. One the “Webpage 2 – Secondary webpage,” certain fields (first name, last name and e-mail address) needs to be auto-populated, as they have completed it on the primary webpage. The person can now just populate street address; City and Postal Code.
c. We have a strong preference for someone who speaks very good English and there is the need for a video call on Zoom or Skpe or similar technology. It the project is successful, there is the possibility of other projects afterwards.
d. The absolute maximum available to pay for this that is $80.
e. Must be done with no hard coding
f. To avoid wasting time, only freelancers whom meet all the criteria here should apply.
