HTML Emails & Landing Pages

I work for a cyber security company who are currently seeking a designer adapt in HTML to assist with our emails and landing pages.

The emails needed will include email threat simulations (copying the design of real scam emails) which are used to train and test people's cyber security knowledge, and these emails will be sent to customers directly from our self-hosted portal - I mention this because we previously created these emails ourselves through online drag & drop tools but their Acceptable Use Policy did not allow for external use, so we're looking for someone who can build these HTML templates from scratch to avoid similar limitations in the future.

The emails would be relatively basic in design - the landing pages have not been fully planned yet so these have the potential to be a bit more complex.
