Html email signature template coding from design

Html email signature setup - design attached

Design has been created, just need the coding. Clients do not have large budget, so in honesty looking for £20 max per Html signature template to code.

Description of requirements/features:
– Html email signature from AI (adobe illustrator) file > HTML (see image attached)
– Responsive
– must have good examples of html email signature produced in the past
– not large budget
– must work well on mobile
– Provide us a html file + images folder linked to html (we will host the images after)
– turnaround time 48 hour (end of monday)
– we just need fixed price. we will have many HTML emails to come in future.
– Need supplier to read.write good english and work over skype, not fixed on a location, anywhere is fine.
