Single page HTML e-mail template to be designed to work with webservice email system (you'd need to check their guidelines before you programmed it). Template would need to be updatable in Dreamweaver MX.
Guide design provided (as JPG). Graphics provided in photoshop file.
Template will consist of branding and then largely text, with link through to a microsite and reply-to email address options.
