HTML / CSS Styling and Fixes

Description of requirements/features: We're currently redesigning our site and just need someone with good HTML/CSS skills to fix a handful of small issues:

1) Change search bar so search icon is inside input section as per attached image

2) Fix a row sizing issue where it's not the same width as the rest of the page

3) Restyle the footer so it matches a PSD design (see attached)

4) Add text to homepage display images using HTML and CSS

5) Fix CSS so product images are center aligned in their own box

6) Fix some mobile/tablet responsive bugs - mobile version of the menu isn't showing properly

7) Advise on creating homepage display images that will properly scale for desktop, mobile and tablet
