HTML / CSS / JS coding - one page

I need a simple single page coded, NO responsiveness needed:

- header / menu with logo linking to home page
- a slider (frame needs to be separate from pictures), will need some js / jquery script
- a couple images in a fancy frame (frame needs to be separate from picture). please make sure images of different size are resized / cropped to the size of the frame
- logos section (black/white and colored when hovered)
- footer with some social media and few links

will send .jpg to interested persons

.psd will be sent to the chosen freelancer

I need it for today or tomorrow morning
