HTML / CSS / Java Components

Hi, we are looking for an experienced developer who is willing to share code snipped based on HTML / CSS / Java Script for the following:

- drop down menu (overlaying)
- video carousal with player

IMPORTANT! Solutions must be fully responsive (so the video player for example must still work on mobile 320px width). We DO NOT want proposals from anyone coding from scratch! As such we expect links to the existing components for review with any proposal (we understand that these will be on other websites and not styled to our exact needs). Any reply without links will be ignored.
