Houzez WordPress Setup – Phase 1 (Single-City Real Estate MVP)

I’m looking for an experienced WordPress developer with prior Houzez theme experience to help set up Phase-1 of a single-city real estate classifieds website.

This phase is strictly limited to Houzez configuration and plugin setup only. No custom development is required.

Scope of Work (Phase-1 Only)

The selected freelancer will be responsible for:

Installing and configuring the Houzez WordPress theme

Setting up a demo-based layout (demo will be selected)

Ensuring clean, simple, mobile-responsive UI/UX using Houzez defaults

Configuring backend options:

Property categories & types

Search filters (price, BHK, property type, locality)

Frontend property submission form

Implementing OTP-based login for posting listings only (via plugin)

Creating mandatory listing types:

Owner

Agent

Builder

Ensuring search results show mixed listings by default

Adding Call and WhatsApp buttons on listing pages (no API integration)

Single city configuration

Testing and handover

Out of Scope

No custom PHP development

No child themes

No automation or third-party APIs

No payment gateways or monetization

No ads or AI features

No multi-city setup
