Hi, we are providers on PPH ourselves and we are looking for a hotel booking system for a new site we are building most likely in Wordpress.
I have looked around for solutions and am not too sure how tricky this will be, I think the most similar site functionality wise is http://www.laterooms.com, for the user they can search hotels and re-arrange listings by price etc, get an email confirmation, make payment etc and for the actual hotel owners they should be able to update the availability of rooms etc by logging in to their details and updating it, I think thats how late rooms operates anyway.
The site I am working on will initially focus on 10 cities in the UK but will expand, so the booking system needs to be easily updatable.
It may be a good idea to go to laterooms and search for hotel and select a hotel so you can see the functionality.
Please feel free to ask any questions or if I have missed anything that may help you bid, I understand as a freelancer on PPH myself how annoying it is when briefs don't cover everything.
Chosen bidder will most likely be used for future similar projects as we are expanding in January and this site will hopefully be pretty big as it is being backed by a big PR campaign
Cheers
Darren
