Description of every page/module: Hello,

I would like to customize the homepage of my upcoming website right now. Please note that this job is for now, and should be done today.

What I don't want:
1. I do not want a new theme or PSDs.
2. I do want to any other graphics other than what I provide.

The site already ex existing homepage, (main.php) All I need you to is to working with the existing page by doing the followings:

a) Separate the homepage topbar from the global topbar because of its new layout. That's quite simple to do, I can even do it myself.

b) Creating login section as it shows on the screenshot provided below. The login features are already existing, and you can see it here: http://www.askqoo.com/login. You job will be to bring to the homepage and make them look as presented in screenshots below.

c) Create the sign up form, which is already existing here: http://www.askqoo.com/signup. But there is small trick here.
. The existing sign up form only ask user to input a user page, but not the email address.
. In the new one we would like user to insert their email address upon registration. The email address feature is already existing, but hidden within the user profile.
. You job will be to bring the email address box up to the homepage sign up from.

d) Present the information left as it shown on the screenshots provided below.

e) The How it works?
We would like to include some info about how the site works, and this section should be as it shows on the screenshot.

f) Last for not the least the user ticker, and footers should be presented as it shows on the screenshot provided below.

I need someone to do the job starting from now, and you have the be available on skype:
Description of requirements/features: I will provide all graphics related to this job.
Specific technologies required: PHP, HTML, CSS.
Extra notes: As mentioned before I do not want any psd, and new theme design, all I would like you to do is to working within the existing homepage files.
