Could you please confirm whether the initial requirements already define the data flow for rider profiles, points/rewards and activity syncing, particularly which integrations such as Strava, Garmin or Apple Health are essential for the first release? Also, do you already have a preferred backend/CMS and hosting setup, or would you like me to recommend an architecture that can scale as the cycling community grows?

Since you already have the initial requirements and concept ready, would you be able to share those with us, particularly the intended Rider Passport/rewards journey and which of the Strava, Garmin or Apple Health integrations are considered essential for the first release?

-/ How will riders earn and redeem reward points i.e. for riding activity, attending events, completing challenges, purchases, referrals, or all of these?

- Do you prefer WordPress with custom plugins or a fully custom platform for the community, gamification, and rider data?
- Which integrations are essential for launch, and which can be planned for later phases?

1/ Could you clarify what information and activities should be included in a rider’s profile and digital passport? Should riders be able to add their bikes, cycling preferences, experience level, achievements, completed routes, event participation, badges, and other personal information?

2/ For the community functionality, should users be able to create or join cycling groups, follow other riders, add friends, comment on posts, share rides, and interact through a feed?

3/ How should cycling and racing events be managed on the platform, and what actions should users be able to perform around an event?
