Help with Wordpress site.

My Wordpress site has some problems/glitches that need ironing out quickly.

There are two areas of the website. 1 public and one members only.(6 pages in total. I need to display different sidebars in each area.

I have a document upload form using gravity forms, which has broken. The upload form does not display.

I have a page to view documents which needs widgets adding to show posts by category and date.
