Help with Website Design

I have a wordpress site and theme that I require some customisation to.

I am looking for someone to help me do certain things that I am unable to code myself.

One would be the removal of a few things and another would be to have a video in the background playing on auto once the website has been opened

There may be a few other things along the way that I may require so am looking for an assistant really to help me get this done.
