Description of every page/module: I would like someone's help with the following.
I have a form which I would like to create a URL containing values submitted from the form.
E.g.
INPUT initalAmount
INPUT recurringAmount
URL - www.example.com/initalAmount-recurringAmount
I would like both to show in the URL
When the page is loaded I would then like the page to pick up these values and use them within the page (PHP)
