I have a wordpress website which has a few SEO/speed issues that I'd like help with asap.
They are to improve:

1. Largest Contentful Paint (LCP)
2. Time to first Byte
3. First Contentful Paint (FCP)
4. Speed index
5. Reduce Total Blocking time

If possible, I would appreciate providers that specialise in this area rather than general developers and an outline of the approach, as I am wary of risk on this live site.
