Help With Paypal Integration For Advertising Website

We have an urgent requirement to be set up with a paypal system for our site. Our current programmers are now very quiet and the deadline is now here. I was told that the Paypal system has already been set up for charging but I have no expertise to test it and incorporate it. This is a very urgent matter. We have also sent templates for upload and other work but none of it has been finished. This has left us in a tight spot! I think this is only a few hours work, but would help us dramatically and would cement future relations and partnership in the future.
