Help with Joomla website

I have a Joomla theme downloaded and installed but I need it set up properly. I thought I could do this myself but I've spent most of yesterday messing around with it and I don't have the time for it at the moment.

All I need is the pages set up in the right order with space for me to add my content afterwards. I would also need some of the colours changed around.

It would be great if I could get this done today or tomorrow. There will be a second job next week, exactly the same.
