Help with debugging a WooCommerce site where some orders never complete. We have a site that uses WooCommerce that has been operating for 3 years fine.
We are now having random customers unable to complete a sale. They see a spinning small wheel after they press the buy button. - We do offer some no cost products, so it is not the payment side causing the problem. WooCommerce never records the attempted order.
It seems random. We only know about it when we get a call / email from the customer.
Site uses WPMU DEV servers with Hummingbird cache and CDN.
Looking for someone who can look at any log files on the site / server and find the issue and help resolve.

can you share the bugs with me?
since I didn't look at your bugs, I am not sure but according to my experience, when the plugins is not updated, that bugs used to occur. -

Have there been any recent updates or changes to the site, plugins, or server configuration?
Are there specific times or days when the issue occurs more frequently? -

Please enable debugging mode for Woocommerce in wp-config and share the error logs with me so I can understand the exact issue and provide you with a suitable proposal.
-

Can you confirm that cache and CDN is tirned off and all the themes and plugins are up to date?
