Help with a Classic ASP project

I am a bit stuck on my first project, which I am building in Classic ASP with a MySQL database.

I need help with the integration of the persits aspupload component, and the subsequent renaming of files to be stored in a database.

I also need help with an admin section that will allow me to verify user provided content before it is published.
