Help us finish learndash Lms

We have been building our own LMS using learndash lms ( we chose the cloud version so its always current)
We have got content uploaded and basics set up but need help with getting it ready for going live.
We need someone to fix the snags
Is this something you can do say starting at £100?

Set up the front page and Log in
How do we create and issue user licences.

We want this up and live for testing then fully live in january
