Hello all,

My google ads is not working, no customers in 3 months, could it be my website holding me back? Details below from Pingdom Website Speed Test:

Performance grade D69
Page size 2.4 MB
Load time 2.89 s
Requests 59

They gave me these suggestions, but I don't know what it means lol.

Improve page performance
GRADE SUGGESTION
F0 Compress components with gzip
F0 Add Expires headers
F4 Make fewer HTTP requests
E60 Use cookie-free domains
C80 Reduce DNS lookups

Is this fixable and should it be fixed to run ads? Please let me know your cost (not too sure on how much this would be, this is my website job).

    Hi Vanessa, the speed of your website will have no effect at all on you running ads. If your ads aren't working, the problem is your ads, not your website.

    If you need speed optimisation for you website I can help. But I need to make you aware that the speed of your website has nothing to do with your ads not working.

    Hi Matthew,
    Thanks for coming back to me.
    I used an SEO company, in London, to help me (I researched them first) generate an income and nothing has come out of it. I started with a Google Manager and wasted so much money.
    To be honest, I am a complete wreck emotionally right now as my poor husband has been working double shifts, since October to pay for the ads and the PPC service. I have generated no income and I am debating if I should go back to work full-time.
    I will be closing my account with the seo company asap as I have wasted so much money.
    I have come on here to see if anyone can help me. I need to know what the problem with my website is and if it can be fixed. I won't be doing ads for now as we simply do not have no the money.
    Are you able to run a report on my website and see what the issue is and if it's fixable, please? Is that a thing?

    Instead of the ads , I would recommend you to focus on the SEO , Email and SMS marketing . Is this ok ?

    Hello, I don't know what that means so sorry. I am using blue host in WordPress. I chose a theme myself and started to upload text and photos. Hope that helps.
