Experience Level: Entry
We recently moved our WordPress site, and now the link we use to share CSV import data isn’t working. Also, the scheduled tasks (cron jobs) aren’t running like they used to. We’re looking for someone who can figure out what’s going wrong and get everything working again.

    Hi Tim,

    Quick question before I suggest the best fix:

    1. Is the CSV import handled via a plugin like WP All Import or a custom script ?

    2. Are the cron jobs set through WordPress (wp-cron.php) or a server-level cron (via cPanel or similar) ?

    3. When the site was moved, was it a full backup restore, or manual file + DB move ?

    Just want to understand this better before offering a proper fix - it's usually a quick turnaround once I know the setup.
