Have website revamp

Hi we need to make a few changes and update our website (accountants). The website is in pmwiki (as being non-IT makes it easier to update content), we need things like home page redesign, fresh look, maybe add or take out a few pages, images, make it https etc. I am looking for people who are familiar with this programming language). i will work closely and directly with the person. As i am not yet definite as to exact changes, i need to know first if any persons are able to provide this service and what their rates are.
