My gravity forms on my website is no longer sending me email notifications

I have contacted Krystal hosting who host my website and they say it’s not from their end

My email is hosted with ionos


It had been working perfectly up until 2 weeks ago when it stopped sending notifications

    Thanks for your job posting and I have some questions for your project:

    Can you confirm whether entries are being saved correctly in the Gravity Forms dashboard, even though emails are not being sent?

    Are you using the WordPress default mail function (wp_mail) or an SMTP plugin to send emails?

    If using SMTP, can you confirm the current configuration (host, port, encryption, authentication) and whether credentials are still valid with IONOS?

    Have you checked the email logs (via an SMTP or mail logging plugin) to see if the notifications are being generated but failing to deliver?

    Are the emails being marked as spam/junk by IONOS or blocked by their filtering rules?
