Graphic Designer for consultancy work

Graphic designer needed to provide expertise on page lay out and font selection for a website of about six or eight pages. I have an excellent developer who can translate graphic design instructions into a professional web page but, as knowledgeable and competent as she is, and receiving seven five star reviews from me, she was not educated in graphic design hence, the need for a person with a degree in graphic design to work on three pages or so. Compensation to be fixed on receipt of my brief but is most unlikely to be below $100. The budget will adequately reflect the hourly rate of Seller. In a response, please confirm that you are degreed in graphic design or, a member of your team is so qualified, and, state your hourly rate. Without providing the requested info., a proposal will be ignored.
