Google Sheet Table to Web Pages

I have a google sheet with around 35 columns of data that I would like connect and display on a web page.

- The website is a wordpress website
- My orginal plan was to use WP Tables with the master details plugin (I have installed both of these)

Requirements Summary Specification

1. To display data from the master google sheet and update the tables (x2) on the website and the relevant 'child/more info' page
2. The data must by synched (one way is ok) from google sheet to website
3. The web page must be responsive
4. The data in the web page must be sortable via some filters
5. The web page that displays the data will require a calculated field (this is a standard Loan Calculation/PMI loan amortisation function, this formulae needs to be created)

Options
- I prefer to use WP Data Tables, however open to alternatives (but need to consider costs)
- There are a lot of columns to display, I wanted 'angled headers' to condense the page, however I understand this is not possible in WP Data Tables ?
- The data (around 200 entries) currently sit on a Google Sheet, I am open to not useing google sheets, but the built in functions of WP Tables (as I believe there may be more flexibility here), but we would need to import the data from google sheets initially.
- It would be great to allow each entry to have a username/password so the individual rows can be updated by the repective row owner. This is competely optional due to potential extra development costs/complications

Who I would like to work with
- Someone who has experience of developing a solution like this with a demonstratable track record
- Someone who can deliver an excellent UI/UX and complete end to end product
- Proposals without a demo/track record of delivering a simmilar project (displaying data) will be ignored
