Google parser specialist needed

I have 1200 keywords to check, for each keyword 40 first results have to be published in my DB.
The logic of a parser is ready. Parser is written on Python, there is also a cron on scrapy do (Version 0.3.2 @ ubuntu-s-1vcpu-1gb-ams3-01).
The obstacle that I am facing it that after resolving around 100 requests my captcha does not work.
I would like to connect to API instead. The requests can be done1-2/ month. The condition is that API account should not cost more than 0-7$/month.
