Our company is using a combination of Google Analytics to monitor usage on our e-commerce website. We need someone to help us set this up so that we can easily access key information.
The way our site works seems to complicate this in that we have a paid try-before-you-buy feature. Users put in their card information but we do not take the payment until 3 days after, so if they cancel within 3 days they pay nothing. One of the key metrics we need is the volume of users who cancel within that 3 day period.
We are struggling to get this information easily, though it appears possible using Metoric. We need someone to help us get this information.
