Get Website Built

I was looking to get a website built for a team of Real Estate Agents. I would like it to have 5-6 main menu items, with 3 of them having drop-down menus for other pages. The biggest page of the website will be a page of all the listings, which then can be clicked on to unveil more information about them. An example of a website that we would like to base ours off of is dmvmultifamily.com, except we would like ours to be a more modernized version of this website. Once completed we would like to be shown how to edit and add other things to the website in order to update it weekly.
