Generate filter categories per location wordpress template page

On my website (yeroku.com), I want to automatically generate a template page which filters categories per location

Listing_category in location eg Barbershops in #location, Hair salons in location, nail salons in #location

This means that each location will have a page for each category as additional pages

We should be able to see and edit these pages from the back end.

The content of the page should be populated through filters but there should be a unique meta data and we should be able to break up the page with texts and headers

This needs to be in place for current and future listings… such that if we add a new category, it will automatically populate the relevant pages
