GA4 Conversion event set up (via GTM)

I need a web developer with a good understanding, experience and working knowledge of GA4 to complete what should be a relatively simple task:

The client website features an ENEWS SIGNUP in the top navigation
When users click the ENEWS SIGNUP it opens 3 data fields & a SIGN-UP button
We wish to track successful clicks on the SIGN-UP button as a GA4 conversion event

GA4 and GTM access can be provided to complete the task

Budget is indicative only.
I'd like an estimate in terms of hours and an hourly rate or a fixed price to complete the task.
I have other similar projects in the pipeline.
