I have submitted my sitemap to Google search console and it says 0 discovered pages even though there are pages in the sitemap.
The website has been live for 6-8 weeks. Originally I thought the pages were not getting indexed because the content was AI. This content has since been changed 2 weeks ago but the pages are still not indexing.
Only the homepage is indexed and shows on google search results.

Have you successfully verified domain ownership in Google Search Console?
Was your sitemap.xml generated by a plugin or created manually?
does your site have more than 20% page returning 404 errors?
Are you using a robots.txt file, and is it properly set up?
knowing these will help troubleshoot any indexing issues.
Also, Google doesnt block AI generated content, they only discourages low-quality or spammy text that adds no real value for users. -
