Fullstack Developer experienced with Magento to fix malware.

We have been doing some investigation into a manual action that google has flagged us for. We aren't sure if there has actually been a breach on the site as any scanning has come back clean. From what we can see is there is an issue with redirects on the homepage but are unaware of how it has happened.

it seems to only effect the homepage URL, I am guessing its a redirect rule or something incorrectly configured
