Full-stack Python Django web application for bulk SMS website

Hi There
I am looking for someone to help me with the Full-stack Python Django web application I am working on. I am myself a Full-stack Python Django web application designer.
I am looking for someone to design followings for me please:
For Frontend website using HTML, CSS & Bootstrap
For database side using MongoDB
Backend using Python, Django web framework & JavaScript
These are the website required to use on the website.
I am not that interested in the front-end part of the project. For the frontend, I only like to develop one responsive page.
But, I like to do most of the work done in the backend.
Accept API, collect data from CSV & text formats, and delete duplicated entries and so on.
Later on, I will be using Integrating AI, ML, DL, Data Science, which I think it's going to be another project.
The main application for this website is to send bulk SMS.
Please let me know if you like to get involved in this project. If so, how much you charge for this work to get done.
