Full set up and integration of salesforce

I would like to run my business out of SF. I will need to do some data migration and clean up. It is already integrated with accounting package. I need to decide on and integrate an document generation package,build or integrate with an app offering appointment scheduling, integrate microsoft exchange, possibly dropbox or something similar,set up all the users and permissions, create work flows, build the templates and field and objects to create the automatically generated documents,
