Full project on ASP.net MVC web application

This is an assignment project that needs to be done in next 24 hrs, time critical, therefore I have chosen you even though the rate is high.

I am very new to coding and appreciate timely response.

1. Your home page should display the time -
a. The time should be able to be displayed in both 24-hour and 12-hour format.
b. The time should update once every second from the server.

2. An alarm should be able to be set
a. An alarm can be set by the hour/minute/second.
b. The alarm can be toggled on/off.
c. The alarm should have an alert when it is activated.

3. The current time zone should be able to be changed.
a. A dropdown or input should allow the time zone to be changed
b. The change in time zone should update both the current clock and any saved alarms.
