Flat for rent and buy website

Description: i would like a property rental website for flats and house

where people can advertise their room house share or flat or houses

also the customer can put picture of what they are renting

a registration form where people can join

a fully function database for admin
where we can see who joining and what they advertised and how long its up form

also a message box where they can get in touch with the client

and when they advertised they will get a account id

also the ads is link to google map

this is my idea but their more involved which is required

a payment gateway would be required

timescale is very important

the domain and host is already set up
