Flat designs coding in

Hi,

I have some website designs for a previous website I launched I need coding in.

I need 1) the ability to upload photos, 2) the ability to write descriptions 3) the ability to create hyperlinks.

I need this website up to help with a tax claim, so it doesn't have to be perfect it just has to be clickable and i need to be able to upload the photos etc. If its too much to give me an admin login, then I need someone (you) to be able to upload the content on my behalf.
