Flash / XML Menu System

Description

Experience Level: Intermediate
Someone made me a Flash movie for use as a menu system. What I need is for it to become dynamic and produce the final menu options and hyperlinks from the contect of an XML file. Also to startup in a position specified by the query atring. Also the font sizes need adjusting in the current FLA they are too small.

I will supply the static FLA and XML. (XML is attached now)
