Flash XML Carousel with Video

Hello,

I’m looking for a flash developer that may be able to help me with the following:

Task
The task is to develop the modified version (attached file) with the specification below. I need two versions

Specification:

Version 1
1) Addition of a dropdown box (as seen in design.png attached) where users can select a tutor. When a tutor is selected the movie should load up their details the same way it works at the moment if you click on a tutor image. This list should be loaded from the XML file as more tutors may be added or removed.
2) Video • Most tutors will have a 5 minute sample video in flv format. When a tutor is selected we would like the flv file to be played in a flash player alongside the text as shown in the design. Again the path of the flv file should be loaded in from the XML file. If there is no video for a tutor an awaiting video image should be loaded (see awaiting.png). Please email me for a sample FLV file if you don’t have one that is 5 minutes long (the file size is too big to attach it to this spec) The video also needs to have a preloader so users will know it is loading. The Preloader should be the same as used for the images (circle). The flv files will be loaded progressively rather than on a flash streaming server. The Flash player needs to have the same functionality as that on the design i.e play, stop, rewind, forward, progress bar and mute.
3) The dropdown (containing all the tutor names needs to have a scroll bar so that a maximum of 5 tutors are displayed at any one time (see attached)
4) Dedicated URL for each tutor. This could be done perhaps by passing a variable (name of the tutor) in the URL.
5) The format should be exactly the same as design.png. i.e video to the right, biog and quote to the left.
6) The attached version contains links from the tutor image to google (one the tutor has already been selected). This functionality is not required.

Version 2
Exactly as above but without the dropdown navigation. This will be used in other sections of the website where we may only have up to 10 tutors teaching one subject.
It will be loaded from a smaller XML file (but exactly the same structure as above
