Flash designer with SEO abilities!

Hi, I have a client requirement for a Flash website. We are primarily a PHP/MySQL house so having to outsource this Flash work to a freelancer. We would like somebody to come onboard with this and hit the ground running. The client is a Professional photographer and so the site needs to be a good quality portfolio site.
