Investigate / fix potential hacked older Laravel site which has become very slow overnight with little traffic and hanging for 30 seconds per request.
We found some bad files in the root and removed them but the site is taking ages to respond.
All other sites on the server are fine. PHP run in isolation outside of Laravel is running quickly. The CPU and memory isn't being overwhelmed.
