Fix few adminlte bootstrap issues

I attached images of a few issues that I have with bootstrap. The layout needs to be responsive.
Hopefully, you can do the fixes in-browser web tools and I'll copy the code into my project. I'll give login credentials once the right person is chosen. Or if you are familiar with laravel here is the repo: https://github.com/jcergolj/laravellte

Issues:
Modal should be in the centre of the page.
User's profile page isn't responsive.
Show 10 entries should be in a one-liner.
