Fix CSS3 bugs

I'm looking for someone to help with a couple of CSS3 bugs on a MEAN application. The errors that need fixing are all front-end-related and in the CSS/SCSS. Due to an illness that's taking up a lot of my time, I need someone to help troubleshoot and fix these bugs for me, or, alternatively help walk me through fixing them. Essentially (and I can provide code and more details), there are two columns of content. I need one to scroll and one to stay fixed. If this sounds like something you are able to do, please let me know. Because the app is protected by an NDA, I would also need your discretion. I'm happy to Skype and go through it with you if you'd like to see it in action and what I need done.
