Fix bug on self managed vps server asp.net

the website is an ordering system where estate agents place orders for us to erect for sale boards at properties. Some of the orders they place dont come through from the database to us so i need a list of the ones that are stuck in the database and then the bug fixing so it doesn't happen again. Probably 1 in 100 orders placed don't come through properly due to some error.

As well as this I need copy of the website so I can keep it as a backup and the developers name removed from the bottom of the site pages.
