Fix an Zoho Webform API intergration

Hello

The form on this page has stopped working. Its a ZohoCRM Webform created by my web developer who is on holiday

You can fill out the form OK and get taken to the thank-you URL but no lead gets created in the CRM

I need a quick fix ASAP ( I am also looking for a longer term developer as well)
